For all interested and available, come out to the Cross Training Land Practices.

Meet at the top observation deck of the Buffalo Bayou Partnership Building (105 Sabine St.), between the Jamail Skateboard Park and the Underground Cistern.

We will work on cross-training cardio and body core workouts as well as shoulder exercises. To participate, please bring out a workout mat and water for hydrating.

Music is usually provided by Loc Nguyen, who also helps with some of the workout routines.
