Heaters! We are making a call out for volunteers! On Saturday, April 23rd, members of The Oxbridge Society of Texas will be coming out to Clear Lake to get first-hand experience in some dragon boat racing. The group consists of alumni from Cambridge and Oxford and their families. They will have members from Austin, Dallas as well as Houston. They have reached out to Houston Heat Dragon Boat Club for assistance to lead the event. We will need help getting their group set up with instructions, and water practices, as well as a few fun races in the afternoon! There will be opportunities to help teach the group, show off your skills, and even perhaps do some racing as well! Please come out and help show this group what we do and why we love the sport! With any luck, maybe we can convince some of them to consider joining our club!

Houston Heat will hold regular practice in the morning as well. We will need at least 10-12 volunteers, but the more the merrier! The Oxbridge Society event will start at 1 pm and will last about 4hrs.
