Heaters: Last year, we signed up for this YOLO Big River Paddle Race but due to flooding, the event was cancelled. Let’s see if we can get a team out there this year.
Big River is a paddle championship race on the Mississippi River that is point to point from downtown Baton Rouge to L’auberge Casino Resort. The event will be approximately 13.1 miles on the largest river in America, the Mighty Mississippi. Let’s put a dragon boat on this long distance fun race over the Labor day weekend.
